The Morristown Police Department's Recruiting Unit is made up of officers who serve on the unit in addition to their regular duties.  The Recruiting Unit is responsible for recruitment efforts throughout the Eastern Tennessee region, and make several presentations during the year to colleges, high schools, and police academies.
 
It is the goal of the unit to make potential applicants aware of the many roles of the Morristown Police Department.
