·        Open Netscape mail

·        Left click on “edit”, then left click on “Mail & Newsgroups account settings”

·        Left click on “Outgoing server (SMTP)”

·        Left click on box to the left of “Use Name and password” to ad check mark.

·        Make sure there is a check mark in box and click “OK”
