Setting up Microsoft Outlook to authenticate to Logon’s Mail Server

·       Open outlook
·       Left click on the tools menu, then left click on accounts.

·       In the internet accounts window left click on the Mail tab
·       Next left click on the Mail account to highlight it.
·       Then left click the properties button.

 ·       Locate the tab at the top of the properties box named servers and left click on it.

·       Left click on the box beside of “ my server requires authentication” to ad check mark.
·       Next left click the settings button.

·       Make sure there is a dot in the circle beside “User same settings as my incoming mail server”.
·       Then left click the OK button, which will return you to the previous the previous window were you will left click ok.
·       Then you should be back at the internet accounts window, next left click close and you are finished.
