To
reserve a seat in one of our classes you may
register by phone (423)581-5916, Fax (423)587-1647
or mail. Registration and payment are required three
business days before the class begins. We will
accept payment of cash, check, or credit card.
Cancellation
Policy
You
may cancel your registration at least three business
days before the class begins to receive a full
refund. If you cancel after the three days, you will
be charged for the class but may apply that payment
towards the class within 90 days.
No
Charge Reschedule Policy
If for any reason, you have to miss one or more
class sessions after the class begins, you may
reschedule within 30 days at no charge. You may also
reschedule within 30 days upon completion of a class
if you feel that you did not completely understand
the material.
