Butterflies Yawn
Flitting wings a butterfly brings
Scrolling this heart remembers such Things
Brave they would be set upon
The porch rails as my Heart beat trails
Oh so still I would sit Watch them scurry and flit
Nature's silent songbirds
Floating Angels regaling spring Awestruck
I would watch as They would stretch their wings
Awakening yawns glorious to see
Virtue into the horizon as each
Would break lose to their dance
Becoming one in their trance Not a breath I would take
As a few braved my shoulder A statue I became their muse
Silent in their splendor such Beauty as I witnesses thankful
To be blessed by nature and A butterfly kiss
