The Mayors of Morristown Project

This is an attempt on my part to gradually compile information on all those who have served as mayor in Morristown, Tennessee. What I would eventually like to do is to make this into a book, which would list the mayor, his terms in office, his family, and a brief sketch of his life.

I am having some trouble regarding the ante-bellum mayors, but the post-Civil War mayors are a bit easier. This is a study in progress, and the information below is part of what I have so far. The names below were taken from Cora Davis Brook's 1930 era history of Morristown book, and from a list appearing in the Citizen Tribune a few years ago.
